TV stopped working, called them October and it’s almost December and still not fixed or replaced. After I told the last tech that I needed to leave and that I would leave my PC open for her use and solve the problem, she waited on the main screen for 7min (probably for me to officially leave) them quickly closed all of the tabs the various techs opened and shut down my PC.
