The Post Office certainly impress with their headline prices.
I would advise anyone thinking of going with the Post Office to think twice because it's an extremely bad service.I've had a terrible time with the Post Office. I was promised a router which didn't get sent, then promised line tests and call backs which didn't happen, then engineers visits which were not organised.
The Post Office states that it will send you a welcome pack with an estimated start date for your broadband within 5 working days from when you placed your order.

Conclusion is that the Post Office router just isn't very good. I have complained so many times, they couldn't care less. I am going to try the Ombudsman next.
