In fact the description of the starry night that Carrie saw while outside Finn’s cabin took my breath away, and is where the book got its title. I don't know quite how I managed to miss that these were Christmas stories when I checked the book out, but they are. Either way, add this to the pile.

I found it so hard to put down once I got into it. Most of her books are for teens--- facing sickness and death at an early age. You, when reading this book, you feel ever thing she does.
I have read a few of her books before so I was really interested in this book about the holidays.
I'm already pumped for the upcoming holiday season! In her novels, Macomber brings to life compelling relationships that embrace family and enduring friendships, uplifting her readers with stories of connection and hope. My first official Christmas book for the season! While the message was a good one, the execution of it was way too cheesy for my tastes.Three holiday stories end with the theme of "a starry starry night" in this McDaniels tear-jerker.
