There is no option to delete your account, the only thing you can do is contact them and ask them to ''close'' your account.This is ridiculous. One of my items that got doubled is underwear and if that gets shipped out, I can't return it and it would be a waste of money, so I wanted to email them about it ASAP. This site is a scam. I don’t understand why this happened and seems unfair I can’t speak to anyone about this!
My package never arrived and we never received information on where it was. Affordable price and latest trends at ROMWE! My only issue was that I bought it for my friends' birthday and the avocado AirPod case broke upon taking it out-luckily, you could pop it in place. I have been unable to get tickets to process a return as advised on their website - the page simply tells me I don't have a ticket and gives no further instruction. As I go over in my Shein haul, I wasn’t happy at all with my order. ROMWE is the absolute worst place to shop and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, not only did it take them 15 days to process my order but also almost another 2 months to ship when it was supposed to be only a week.
